What You’ll Do:

• Work directly with the Group Marketing and Chief Commercial Officer on strategic vision, and responsible for projects and tasks for marketing campaigns
• Prepares annual, monthly and weekly action plans and efficient management of marketing budget
• Develop concepts and participate in creating new marketing campaigns
• Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns and all marketing activities
• Collaborates with advertising and creative agencies, vendors, outsourcers and other team members towards successful and on-time delivery of advertising materials for successful campaigns
• Identifies opportunities and develops plans to reach, acquire and expand into new markets
• Online and Offline Advertising – responsible for implementation of campaigns on Digital Channels and traditional advertising
• Responsible for Iute Macedonia overall brand awareness which also includes Branch visibility and local promotion
• Performs market research and analysis and reports it to the commercial team, Management

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years experience in a senior marketing role
• Experienced in business planning and budgeting
• Experience in market research and identification of new sales segments
• Thorough understanding of traditional and digital marketing such as SEO / social media etc.
• Advanced digital literacy, marketing tools, data analysis, other tools (web analyser, Google AdWords, etc.)
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
• Great communication and writing skills
