General Terms of the Campaign: Refer a Friend and Get a Gift at FD Iute Credit Macedonia DOOEL Skopje

1. Basic Characteristics of the Campaign The campaign allows:
(i) an existing client (Referrer) of Iute Credit Macedonia (the Creditor) to recommend the Creditor’s products and services to a Friend, and
(ii) (ii) the Referrer’s Friend to become a new user of Iute Credit Macedonia’s credit products and sign their first Credit Agreement with the Creditor through a unique link received from the Referrer, thereby earning the Referrer a “Gift” by fulfilling the general terms and conditions outlined below.
2. Campaign Duration The campaign runs from January 21, 2025, to March 31, 2025.
3. Qualified Participants for the Gift To qualify for the gift, all the following conditions must be cumulatively met:
• The Referrer must send the unique link to the Friend.
• The Friend must use the link to apply for a loan.
• The loan application must be approved in accordance with applicable regulations and the Creditor’s internal policies.
• A credit agreement must be signed before the campaign’s end date specified in point 2 of these General Terms.
• The signed Credit Agreement must not be canceled or withdrawn by either the Friend or the Creditor within 14 days of signing.
4. Receiving the Gift, Delivery, and Use of the Gift
4.1. Each qualified Referrer receives a value voucher from Supermart.mk worth 2,000 MKD for each Friend who meets the conditions in point 3 of these General Terms.
4.2. The voucher can be used no later than May 15, 2025.
4.3. The value voucher is sent to the Referrer’s registered email address 15 days after the Friend signs the Credit Agreement.
4.4. The value voucher can be used to purchase products from SuperMart Macedonia. Detailed instructions on how to purchase products from their site using the received value voucher can be found in their General Terms. The Creditor assumes no responsibility for the quality, condition, and functionality of the products purchased with the voucher.
4.5. The voucher usage period is 30 days from receipt at the Referrer’s registered email address. Each voucher will be considered expired after these 30 days. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances. For clarification, if a return or refund of the purchased product with the voucher occurs, the voucher is voided, and no replacement voucher or cash equivalent will be provided.
5. Transitional and Final Provisions
• Fraud and Abuse: If there are allegations of fraud or abuse of this campaign, the Creditor reserves the right to take appropriate measures and may cancel the use of the gift at any time.
• Modifications or Cancellation: The Creditor has the right to modify, cancel, or terminate the campaign based on a decision without prior notice or explanation.
• Liability: The Creditor is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage or loss caused to the products or services that the Friend purchases with the value voucher.
• Language of Use: These terms are published in Macedonian. Translations are offered for convenience only. The Macedonian version of this document will be used for all legal purposes.
• Applicable Law and Legal Disputes: Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Campaign is subject to Macedonian law, and the Basic Civil Court Skopje will have jurisdiction.
