All citizens of Macedonia between the ages of 18-75 can apply, with a valid ID card or passport and a transaction account.
Loans are granted to persons who are employed, retired or unemployed persons who have a regular monthly inflow of funds, for which they need to submit a bank statement for the last 3 months.
Allowance for a third child or permanent financial assistance from the state is not considered as a valid income or as an additional monthly income.
You only need to submit a valid ID card or passport for consideration of the loan request. It is desirable that you also know the number of your health card, which is also indicated in your health identification card.
We have cash loans and dedicated loans for people from 18 to 75 years old.
Cash credits – we pay them out to a transaction account, or you can withdraw cash at Iute ATMs:
Amount from 6,000 to 600,000 denars
Repayment period from 2 to 60 instalments
Dedicated loans – with our partners, you buy a specific product (mobile phone, bicycle, household appliances, dental services, etc.), and with us you pay in installments:
Amount from 6,000 to 400,000 denars
Repayment term up to 60 instalments
You can apply:
- through our Myiute mobile app
- on the calculator on our website
- in our branches
- at our trade partners with whom we have concluded a cooperation agreement
The loan agreement can be signed:
- electronically, by logging into the Myiute mobile applicationthrough an SMS code that the user receives upon registration, confirming the electronic signing of the contract that is available for inspection through the application itself
- in our branches for dedicated credit with our trade partners with whom we have concluded a cooperation agreement.
The money from the approved loan will be available for use immediately through Iute’s ATM network, or from your bank account within no more than 3 days, depending on the bank where your account is held and the time at which you applied for the loan.
The date when you need to make the payment, your client number, and the account details are provided:
- on the slip you receive when signing the agreement at our branch or with a merchant partner,
- in the SMS message notifying you that your loan has been approved.
On the payment slip, you must indicate your client number and the personal ID number (EMBG) of the loan holder in the payment reference field.

If you are not able to pay your loan installment on time, you can make a request to iute for installment postponement. If the answer is positive, you can postpone your installment for a period of 17 days for a small additional payment. More info here
The customer number is contained in:
– the title of the credit framework agreement that you signed in a branch office, with partners or in your Myiute application.
– every SMS message with which we inform you that:
- your credit has been approved or
- your payment installment is due
You can postpone the payment of the installment for an additional 17 days, with a one-time fee of 300 denars.
This amount of 300 denars becomes part of the installment and must be paid with the deferred installment.

You can check your installment amount, payment due date, and the status of each of your loans at any time by logging into the Myiute mobile app.
Click on MyIute and enter your personal identification number, or log in using your previously activated biometric authentication.
You can check at any time whether your loan has been closed through the MyIute app.
Log in to the app and select your loan number to access the details. If the loan is closed, all fields will show 0 (zero).
The payment date cannot be changed. It’s always on the same date every month, so you can plan your monthly budget.
In case you have an active credit for which you are late in paying, you can request a new agreement for the restructuring of that credit in our branches or by calling 13 333.
If your contract is terminated and you cannot pay the installments and penalties for the loan, our team is available to offer you a new restructured loan under special conditions and you can schedule a consultation for this loan on 02 3149 993.
It is in your best interest not to postpone or delay your installment payments, as this may result in additional costs.
If you are late with your payments, as stated in Article 5 of your agreement, depending on the number of days past due, you will be charged: late payment interest, SMS notifications for overdue payments (300 MKD), and written reminders that will be delivered to your home address. You can earn points through timely repayment of your loans, with each new credit exposure at Iute, by recommending the credit service to a friend via a unique link or by scanning a QR code from the MyIute app, as well as by participating in campaigns and promotions during a given time period. Follow the notifications to take advantage of these opportunities.

Points from the loyalty program can be used to purchase products at SuperMart during online shopping.
New partners will soon be added to the program, allowing you to use your points in various partner stores.
Points can only be redeemed through the MyIute app.
